The blog has been a little quite lately! Let's change that!

I can remember sitting at Lizzy's consultation being so excited to shoot with this lovely, bubbly young lady! She was telling me about so many fun ideas that she had because she honestly just wanted something different from her session. She wanted the normal, every day portraits but then also something fun that really brought out her personality.

So, imagine my surprise when I pulled up to their boutique in Platte and low and behold, this gorgeous girl had COSTUMES. As in, a for real poodle skirt and roller skates and a very Gone With the Wind style dress. I was more pumped than the day dairy-free ice cream became a thing. Plus, all of this girl's fashion was too good and just so uniquely Lizzy. We shot in and around Platte, in a few places Lizzy loves and down by the gorgeous river outside of Platte. Then a few days later, she came to see me at the studio and helped me break in a few new backdrops. This girl is so fun and her session was a perfect reflection of that. Enjoy a few of our favorites!
